A half-day introduction to all the basics of meditation – a perfect starter-kit of everything you need to establish a simple daily practice.
Meditation is a practical technique for cultivating peace of mind. Regular meditation can reduce our stress levels and help us to keep a positive attitude to everything in our lives. This half-day workshop will provide an ideal introduction or a refresher course if your practice is a bit rusty!
