January / February: Basics of Meditation
5 weeks: January 28, February 4, 11, 18, 25
Simple techniques for peace of mind, and how to prepare for a successful meditation.
(1 week break)
March / April: A Lighter Way of Living
4 weeks: March 11, 18, 25, April 1
How we can solve our daily problems by learning to cherish others.
(1 week break)
April / May: Loving Unconditionally
6 weeks: April 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20
Developing empathy and compassion to free us from the prison of self-concern.
(2 week break)
June / July: Overcoming Anger
6 weeks: June 10, 17, 24, July 1, 8, 15
Learning to accept life situations and other people the way they are can free us from pain and frustration.
(6 week summer break)
Although the classes are arranged as short courses, you are welcome to drop in at any time, you do not need to book.
