Meditation taster sessions

MeditationFree half-hour meditation after work

Simple meditations for peace of mind. These drop-in sessions are ideal for beginners to meditation, or if you need something to help you unwind towards the end of a long week.

We experience problems when we respond to difficult situations in a negative way - learn how to solve your problems by developing positive states of mind.

Learn how to use meditation to let go of the pain and dissatisfaction in our relationships, and accept people wholeheartedly for who they are.

All the irritation and frustration in our lives arises from unresolved anger, so by learning to cultivate patience we can truely come to enjoy and appriciate the people and things in our life.
